Collie

Stanley

Introducing the very handsome boy that is Stanley. He is a Collie x approximately 1.5 yrs old. Vaccinated, Microchipped and neutered.
Stanley first came into the care of Cara a few months ago after he was found straying and ended up in the pound. It was clear that Stanley had problems with his eyesight and once he was settled into foster and given time to adjust to living in a home environment he was then seen by an eye specialist who confirmed that Stanley was indeed blind and sadly there is nothing can be done to help save or reverse his blindness. He also has cataracts but as this is secondary and not the cause of his blindness it would not be of any benefit to Stanley to have them removed.
He does need regular eye drops to keep them from getting dry or sore.
As for Stanley himself...well only that I have told you, you would never believe he is blind! He has grown in confidence since being in foster care and adapts to different places and situations although can still be nervous but with patience and reassurance he is open to exploring. Stanley just loves and adores everybody (he can get very over excited at first when meeting people and would jump up on you) but training in this area is ongoing. For this reason we would prefer older kids only (if any).
Stanley would be looking for an active home with another gentle dog as his foster mammy feels that it may benefit Stanley to have a buddy. He would not be suitable around cats . His ideal home would be with a secure enclosed space for him to explore. He enjoys going for walks. Stanley is very clean in the house and is house trained. He has come on so well and with the right person he will continue to.
Stanley is a stunning boy and everybody he meets adores him as much as he adores them

lurcher

Louie

He loves going for walks, especially during quiet times like the early morning. Louie is particularly sensitive to motorbikes which can make him anxious. For this reason, a peaceful, low-traffic neighborhood would be the best fit for him.
Louie does best as an only pet. He can become nervous around other dogs and cats especially if dog barks at him or come too close. His reactions come from fear, not aggression, but he needs an understanding owner who can gently guide him, respect his space, and make him feel safe. Walks should be planned in calm areas where he feels secure.
Louie will thrive with a patient, calm person or family who can give him the time and love he needs to settle in and build trust. He also needs someone who can help him feel protected on walks and offer confidence.

Chihuahua

Clyde

Meet Clyde 🐾
Chihuahua cross · ~6 years · Gentle little soul
Clyde is a shy little lad who just needs time and patience to feel safe. New people and places can worry him at first, but once he trusts you he’s a total cuddlebug. 🥹💛
He likely lived outdoors before, so everyday things are still new—but he’s learning every day. Clyde enjoys his walks and is lovely on lead. He’s polite with other dogs (a little unsure sometimes at first) and travels well in the car. House training is a work-in-progress, but kindness + consistency will help him nail it.
Clyde will thrive in a quiet, understanding home where he can build confidence at his own pace. With love and reassurance, he’ll blossom into a devoted little companion. 🌼

Chihuahua

Tyke

Little Tyke is approximately 11 years old. He is a very small little boy, just under 3kg. Chihuahua x jack russell.
Still full of life and enjoying his older days. Mostly laid back, loving the lap time and snuggles. Likes to get out for walks but not too far so his small size is handy when you have to carry him half way ( he will happily be carried in your arms ) . He loves to chase and play with his extra small tennis ball.
Tyke oozes calmness and love, he is a pleasure to have.
Tyke is not yet fully house trained so will need ongoing training in his new home.
He is fine with other dogs as long as they are respectful & calm natured.
He is microhipped , neutered and vaccinated.
He is pretty good on the lead, but does not require daily walks. Pottering around the back garden & getting loads of lap time is his preference.
Sleeps well though the night, as long as he has some fluffy blankie or snuggles in your bed. Good in the car, no car sickness.
