Some dogs arrive to us completely shut down and in need of an extra-special home. Aggie is one of those souls. She came to us from a local pound absolutely terrified of humans, she is still learning how to feel safe in the world. Aggie will need a home with another confident dog to guide her through everyday life. It’s only in the company of other dogs that she truly relaxes. She’s not going to be a lap dog straightaway, but with time and patience she will follow her humans and—hopefully—one day learn to trust. Aggie will walk on a lead once she has another dog to follow, but this too will take time. A rural or semi-rural home would be ideal, with no small children as they would probably frighten her. Aggie is house & crate-trained, neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. As with all our dogs, a secure garden is essential.
